Effective today, we will be closing our Portsmouth, NH and Harvard Square based Security Operations Centers (SOCs) and transitioning our support team to work from home.
We appreciate the trust you have placed in us, and will continue to be here for you when you need us most.
To safely support you during this extraordinary time we are taking unprecedented steps to adapt our services and offerings. All on-site monitoring and detection services will be suspended to protect our clients, partners, and communities during this global health crisis. Illumin8 will continue to help companies stay secure by offering vital cybersecurity consulting services remotely.
These changes have required rapid adjustments, and we recommend you contact us using our online channels for any support issues to ensure the fastest response time.

To adapt to these challenges, Illumin8 is expanding our consulting offerings while phasing out continuous security monitoring and vulnerability management services.
Illumin8 will continue to provide existing clients with the same level of security monitoring and detection until June 31, 2020. During this time, we will work with your team to transition and establish an in-house SIEM solution. All incident responses will be handled remotely by consultants or handed off to your internal IT team.
